Contact: Yasmin Martin (passenger service manager)
The main entrance is not accessible (40 steps) but you can enter to the station through the Km. 110 of the railway (next to Café Amazónico), that is, through the access way of trains. There is a small fixed concrete ramp that leads to the footpaths of the station.
There are no visual or sonorous information systems. The public restrooms of the station are not accessible for persons in wheelchairs.
The first door of the entrance has a free width of 0.75 m and those of the two wooden cubicles are of 0.57 m. The station only has one story and the waiting rooms do not have any slopes. There are usually available wheelchairs for passengers. The coffee house is accessible without assistance. There isn't a special system designed for persons with restrained physical mobility to get on trains with comfort. There are different train services and it takes approximately four hours to link Cusco and Aguas Calientes, being it possible to appreciate the various communities that live beside the road.
